What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Editing projects keep a 30-day read-only grace window, and you can export everything with one click before access ends. Documents, transcripts, and notes are never deleted on a schedule.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal, with a plain statement of what changes first.
What happens to my work?
It stays yours. Everything is private by default and exportable at any time (.docx, .pdf, and more). We keep encrypted-at-rest copies with server-managed keys — not zero-knowledge — and we say so plainly.
Is my writing used for training?
The AI Assistant never writes for you. It helps you improve your writing. Nothing you write is used to train AI models.
What does the trial include?
Full access to the plan for the trial period. Every paid plan captures a card at signup and charges when the trial ends; you can cancel any time before then. Trial length is shown on every plan.
